  • Conflict resolution, emergency assistance, and travel preparations
  • Vendor payment/gratuity delivery

The Custom Pricing Model

Each wedding is completely unique. Just as your design is custom-fit for your needs, your wedding package will be also.

Our planning + design service starts at $10k and includes essential planning, procurement, scheduling, and logistics for a wedding of 100 people or less. This pricing applies when the venue has been selected prior to booking. More complex celebrations call for a higher price tag to account for the more intense planning, staffing, and event management needed to execute your wedding seamlessly.

The following elements may also factor into your custom wedding’s final quote:
  • Additional wedding guests
  • Planner-assisted venue search
  • Multiple locations (for your ceremony and reception)
  • Additional events: (rehearsal dinners, welcome hours, and day-after brunches)
  • Special requests (unique vendors, DIY decor, etc.)

Our Design Process

Our first planning meeting involves a conversational interview, where we get to know everything about you as a couple, your event, and your design preferences.

Explore

The answers from your interview are used to render a mood board, which then gets refined through feedback during the planning process.

Translate

A final, fleshed out design bible for your event is confirmed and utilized by all vendors to ensure design cohesion throughout the wedding day.

Odds and Ends

Harmony Creative Studio welcomes clients of all ages, faiths, races, nationalities, and sexual orientations. We’re proud to serve a clientele as diverse and robust as the state we call home. 

However, we choose not to offer select services to our clients. These include:

  • Weddings a with guest count higher than 400
  • Cannabis weddings
  • Elopements and adventure weddings
In each of these cases, we’re more than happy to direct you to a planner we trust to deliver these experiences in full.

Harmony Creative Studios gives annually to several charities, including the ASPCA, the Breast Cancer Research Fund, the Alzheimer’s Association, and the Michael J. Fox Foundation. 

We do not offer discounts for our services at this time.
