Our Defined Structure
As soon as you book one of our preferred venues, we’ll set up a two-hour meeting to cultivate an action plan for streamlined, beautiful results.
Introductory Meeting
While you work, you’ll get access to our online project management platform, complete with educational resources and systematized planning software.
Online Project Management
One month out, we meet for two hours to confirm logistics and spend another walking with you onsite through every detail of your day.
Event Month Confirmations
We spend your rehearsal and wedding day handling concerns, directing vendors, and bringing a spirit of calm to your celebration.

The Month-Of Package
- Up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage by primary coordinator + one assistant. Please note that an additional assistant will be needed for every 50 guests over 150.
- One hour of primary coordinator coverage on rehearsal day
- Access to our time-saving online project management tool
- Two essential meetings with your planner prior to the event
- Wedding timeline coordination, including ceremony choreography and reception timeline
- Vendor contract confirmations one week out from the event
- Vendor management and coordination on wedding day, including final payment and gratuity delivery
